At Malei Fragrance, every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or changed of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
